He has held executive leadership roles across biotechnology companies and academic spin-outs, leading orphan drug and advanced therapy programs from preclinical development to first-in-human studies.His expertise spans gene therapies, RNA medicines, biologics, vaccines and other advanced therapeutics, with extensive experience in regulatory strategy, clinical development, fundraising and company building.

At DNAmic, Ed leads the development strategy for the Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy program, driving the path toward IND readiness and clinical translation.
